Ordinary Folk is expanding its operational engine in Singapore and Hong Kong, owning end-to-end supply, inventory planning, and the full physical delivery chain across two markets and two regulatory regimes.

You will lead a growing operations team, drive cost and service improvements, and stand up infrastructure to support scaling as volume rises, while aligning with our AI-native operating model.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in operations, supply chain, or healthcare operations.
• Measurable improvements in cost, speed, or quality from scaling operations.
• Hands-on inventory and demand planning in physical-goods business.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain regulatory experience.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end supply, inventory planning, and vendor management across SG and HK.
• Oversee warehouse-to-doorstep, dispatch cut-offs, and last-mile performance.
• Reduce cost per order while maintaining service and compliance, building a repeatable playbook.
• Lead new product launches from brief to first delivered order with partners.
• Stand up and run growing infrastructure across markets, with measurable capacity.
• Ensure compliance with SG HCSA and HK PHFO obligations, licences, and inspections.
• Lead and grow the operations team across APAC, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
