Aramex Asia Pacific seeks a visionary Head of Ocean Freight to lead strategy, optimize operations, and deliver growth across diverse regional markets.

You will own P&L and drive cost efficiencies, service excellence, and scalability while guiding digital transformation and partnerships with carriers and stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership and deep regulatory knowledge across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, or business administration; MBA desirable.
• 10+ years in freight, logistics, or SCM with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Asia Pacific ocean freight strategy.
• Lead end-to-end ocean freight operations across Asia Pacific.
• Own regional ocean freight performance including P&L accountability.
• Drive digital transformation with analytics and automation initiatives.
• Drive strategic sourcing and carrier management.
• Ensure compliance and risk governance across all Asia Pacific markets.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align strategies.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional team.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
