Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP, is seeking a New Business Sales Manager in Singapore to drive growth through new revenue opportunities in financial data intelligence. You will engage with key decision-makers at high-profile clients, leveraging industry knowledge to shape the future of financial data solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales within data/analytics or financial technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM to manage activities and data.
• Fluent business-level English; Mandarin/Cantonese/Korean a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and secure high-value business opportunities from new clients with no previous relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify client pain points and map solutions to their goals.
• Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups on pre-qualified leads.
• Deliver tailored presentations using industry insights and product knowledge to build trust and engagement.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, pipeline health, and account status in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Parameta Solutions’ growth.
