Job summary

Arthrex APAC in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to lead ArthroLab operations, including events, forecasting, storage, and inventory management, while supervising Lab Technicians and coordinating regional support for Medical Education equipment.

You will ensure SOPs are followed, collaborate with global teams, and maintain high standards for safety and compliance in a fast-paced lab environment. Strong SAP and logistics expertise are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in logistics and SAP experience preferably
Experience working with cadaveric specimens
Proven track record in logistics and inventory management
Preferred people management experience

Responsibilities

Oversee ArthroLab operations in Singapore, including events, forecasting, storage, and inventory management.
Lead Lab Technicians and manage workforce planning, performance, and development.
Ensure facility is maintained to high standards and represents Arthrex as a leader in surgical education.
Manage procurement, storage, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of lab equipment and educational materials.
Develop and maintain SOPs aligned with global standards and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Coordinate and support logistics for surgeon education programs and events.
Ensure compliance with biosafety, regulations, and import/export controls.
