Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Operations Leader to manage the ArthroLab logistics, inventory, and cadaveric specimen program across APAC.

You will lead Lab personnel, optimize SOPs, coordinate with global teams, and ensure biosafety and regulatory compliance while supporting training initiatives. Heavy emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, SAP-based inventory controls, and timely execution of education programs across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics and/or SAP experience.
• Experience working with cadaveric specimens.
• Proven track record of successful logistics and inventory management.
• Preferred people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of Arthrex product lines and lab requirements to support training and demonstrations.
• Lead and manage ArthroLab personnel, ensuring performance management and development.
• Oversee day-to-day ArthroLab operations in Singapore to uphold high standards.
• Direct inventory management including forecasting, procurement, storage, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate cadaveric specimen forecasting, procurement, storage, use and disposal with compliance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement SOPs and inventory processes.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and disposition of obsolete gear.
