Job summary

Arthrex APAC in Singapore seeks a Lab Operations/Events coordinator to oversee Medical Education events and support corporate activities. You will inspect and maintain lab equipment and facilities, assist with SAP orders, and manage end-to-end orders and inventory with the Lab Operations Manager.

Role requires independence, initiative, and knowledge of orthopedic procedures; travel up to 10% and occasional weekend work may be necessary in support of offsite events.

Qualifications

• BS in Management or Biomedical Sciences, or 2+ years related lab experience.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures.
• Experience in orthopedic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Medical Education events in Singapore and support corporate events.
• Inspect and maintain Medical Education lab equipment and facilities.
• Assist Lab Operations Manager with SAP orders and end-to-end ordering.
• Coordinate lab supply forecasting, inventory accuracy, and disposal.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally for offsite events.
• Occasionally work weekends as required.
