Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Media and Science Communications to shape and protect the company's reputation across Asia Pacific. You will lead proactive and reactive media engagement, translate complex science into clear stories, and partner with regional teams to align messaging with enterprise governance.

Based in Asia Pacific and reporting to senior leaders, you will drive internal and external communications, manage executive messaging, and oversee programs around

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate affairs or communications.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong matrix management and collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder interaction across levels of the company.

Responsabilités

• Partner with regional lead to develop integrated internal communications strategy.
• Drive executive communications for town halls, leadership forums, and regional events.
• Prepare materials (speaking notes, scripts, Q&A, briefing documents).
• Develop and execute integrated APAC media relations strategy.
• Pitch media and manage inquiries, readiness for moments and events.
• Translate scientific data into clear content for external audiences.
• Monitor issues and advise on messaging to mitigate risk.
