Qualifications

• 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with significant APAC responsibility.
• Proven track record leading multi-site manufacturing operations across Asia Pacific.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and manufacturing performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize multi-site manufacturing operations across APAC.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives focusing on productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, and capacity optimization.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement programs across all facilities.
• Develop regional manufacturing strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Ensure best-in-class Quality Management Systems and operational governance.
• Lead large cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Excellence.
• Drive plant performance through KPI management, automation initiatives, and operational transformation programs.
• Partner with commercial leadership, product management, and executive stakeholders to support business growth.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines across the region.
