Job summary

Profile Executive Search is seeking an experienced tax professional to support a leading private equity platform's investments across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on M&A transactions, cross-border tax structuring, due diligence, and portfolio management initiatives.

You will partner with investment, legal, finance, and portfolio teams to provide strategic tax guidance throughout the lifecycle, including transaction execution, integration, restructuring, financing, and exit planning.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of tax experience in private equity, investment firms, or Big Four transaction/M&A tax practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic tax advice throughout the investment lifecycle, including transaction execution and post-acquisition integration.
• Oversee cross-border tax structuring, financing arrangements, and exit planning.
• Advising on tax risks and opportunities, and coordinating with external advisors on international tax matters.
