Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa invites a Manager/Senior Manager, Interior Design Management to lead the interior design development for Asset Enhancement projects across the integrated resort. You will coordinate with project managers, operators, consultants and vendors to ensure delivery aligns with objectives, timelines and budget while maintaining design intent in a live environment.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of interior design/design management experience.
Experience managing interior design consultants through all project stages.
Strong knowledge of interior detailing, finishes, FF&E and coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage interior design process for A&A, refurbishment and enhancements from brief to completion.
Coordinate interior design briefs, timeline, scopes with PMs, operators and stakeholders.
Manage design consultants and monitor performance, deliverables and schedules.
Review submissions to ensure alignment with brief and operational needs.
Coordinate with architectural, MEP, lighting, kitchen and other disciplines.
Identify coordination issues and drive timely resolutions with project team.
Monitor design changes and assess cost, timeline and construction impact.
Participate in value engineering while safeguarding design intent.
Conduct site inspections and design reviews during construction.
