Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our warehousing, logistics and supply chain solutions business. You will work with customers to understand operational needs and deliver value while maximizing warehouse utilisation and commercial performance.

You will lead and expand the sales pipeline, manage key relationships, and collaborate with operations to align solutions with capacity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in maritime, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services.
• Deep understanding of the Singapore market and customer landscape.
• Proven success in business development, account management, and pipeline generation.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in complex, multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across warehousing, storage, transportation, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 2x annual sales targets.
• Conduct a minimum of 40 customer meetings per month and maintain regular customer engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell Inchcape's wider service offering.
• Develop commercial proposals, tenders, and customer presentations.
• Negotiate sustainable commercial terms and contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations to align customer solutions with warehouse capacity and capabilities.
• Manage customer profitability, pricing reviews, and commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in Salesforce.
• Support invoice collection and resolution of commercial or billing disputes.
