Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics professional to manage APAC drop-shipment orders and coordinate with planners, forwarders, transporters, warehouses and customers to ensure smooth execution.

The role focuses on consolidating orders, sourcing cost-effective transport solutions, and monitoring shipments and invoicing to achieve on-time delivery and accurate sales recognition across Indonesia, Vietnam, and regional customers.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably with experience in letter of credit.

Responsibilities

• Process APAC drop-sh shipment orders and coordinate with planners, forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth execution.
• Consolidate orders and source cost-effective transportation and forwarding solutions.
• Monitor shipments, shipping documents, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery and sales recognition.
• Manage import and isotank shipments, including port clearance, delivery coordination, and demurrage control.
• Prepare and review shipping, insurance, LC, and import documentation for Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regional customers.
• Maintain accurate stock records through timely GRN processing and warehouse coordination.
• Track transporter and forwarder performance and provide weekly open-order and OTIF reports.
• Verify logistics invoices, support annual stock counts, and coordinate with QC and finance on shipment-related matters.
