Job summary

Coty SA in Singapore is offering a full-time Logistics Internship for six months (Jan–Jun 2027) across APAC. You will support regional logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and cost optimization while gaining hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and data analysis.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate with advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office skills, strong communication, cross-cultural awareness, and a proactive, confidential work ethic.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Skilled in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word and PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Query.
• Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality.
• Cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate with good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of regional logistics performance reports by gathering, validating, and analyzing data from APAC markets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and potential gaps for management review.
• Assist root cause analysis on cost fluctuations and warehouse efficiencies to support improvements.
• Analyze storage utilization, inventory aging, and product velocity to optimize space and reduce costs.
• Support cost-to-serve studies across customers, countries, and distribution centers.
• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain monthly dashboards, reports, and materials for business reviews.
• Participate in regional logistics projects to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
