• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain operations, automation, and digital transformation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly logistics performance reports and KPIs.
• Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives, including automation and digitalization projects.
• Participate in regional and global logistics projects by tracking progress and supporting implementation activities.
• Perform monthly warehouse and transportation billing verification to ensure accuracy and timely cost processing.
• Provide operational and administrative support for day-to-day logistics activities with internal stakeholders and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while supporting continuous improvement and compliance.
