Datwyler IT Infra Asia Pacific is seeking a Management Associate to develop future leaders. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, APAC, the role supports regional strategic initiatives, business transformation programs and management reporting.

You will gain broad exposure through structured rotations across key functions, hands-on projects, and mentorship from senior leaders, developing leadership, commercial, operational and strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, finance or related discipline.
0–3 years of work experience.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Interest in enterprise technology and digital infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support strategic planning and regional transformation initiatives.
Conduct market research, business analysis, and feasibility studies.
Participate in customer engagements and market development activities.
Prepare management reports and dashboards; lead cross-functional projects.
Undertake rotations across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Product Management, and more.
