Job summary

Datwyler IT Infra is seeking a Management Associate to develop future leaders in APAC. You will rotate across Sales, Finance, Operations, PM, and more, with mentorship from senior leaders and direct exposure to regional initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and transformation programs, building leadership, commercial, and operational capabilities through structured rotations and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, finance, economics, science or related field.
• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics, internships, leadership or extracurriculars encouraged to apply.
• Interest in enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, smart buildings, cloud computing, AI data centres advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in strategic planning, business reviews, and regional transformation initiatives.
• Conduct market research, business analysis and feasibility studies for Asia Pacific growth.
• Participate in customer engagements, industry conferences and market development activities.
• Analyze business processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Assist with new initiatives, systems, digital tools and organisational programmes.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards with data-driven recommendations.
• Undertake rotations across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Product Management, Delivery and Customer Services.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and virtual teams to achieve objectives.
• Travel within the Asia Pacific region for project assignments and meetings.

Position Summary

This role is designed to develop future leaders for Datwyler IT Infra Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, APAC, the Management Associate will support regional strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, operational excellence projects, and management reporting activities.

The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to various business functions through structured rotations, hands‑on project assignments, and mentorship from senior leaders. This role provides an accelerated learning path across the business while developing leadership, commercial, operational, and strategic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior management in strategic planning, business reviews, and regional transformation initiatives.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and feasibility studies to support business growth opportunities across Asia Pacific.
• Participate in customer engagements, industry conferences, seminars, and market development activities.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support the implementation of new business initiatives, systems, digital tools, and organisational programmes.
• Prepare management reports, business performance dashboards, and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Undertake rotational assignments across key business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Finance, HR, Operations, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Project Delivery, and Customer Services.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional projects and virtual teams to achieve business objectives.
• Travel within the Asia Pacific region for project assignments, customer meetings, business reviews, and management initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Science, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Outstanding fresh graduates with strong academic performance, internships, leadership experiences, or extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated interest in enterprise technology, digital infrastructure, smart buildings, cloud computing, AI data centres, or related industries will be advantageous.
