Job summary

Xsolla seeks a Head of Investor Capital and Relations, APAC, to lead senior institutional coverage from Singapore. You will own relationships with sovereign and state-linked investors, pensions, insurers and asset managers while coordinating across Korea, Japan and Greater China.

A direct report presence is minimal initially, with growth planned for 2027. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships, working with the APAC footprint and travel

Qualifications

8+ years in APAC institutional coverage, capital formation or investor relations.
Experience with sovereign/state-linked investors and regional family offices.
Sector exposure in gaming, technology or media is a plus.
Experience marketing alternative strategies to Asian institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

Own senior institutional coverage across APAC, including sovereigns and pension funds.
Lead regional fundraising and pre-marketing for investment vehicles.
Originates and manages institutional diligence and data room processes.
Build the region's presence in industry forums and events.
