Qualifications

5-7 years’ experience in media, ideally with agency investment background.
Expert in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Expert on media investment tools.
Strong market knowledge – historical and current.
Solid financial management skills with data fluency.
Confident, engaging communication and presentation skills; can influence senior stakeholders.
Collaborative leader who mentors and develops teams.

Responsibilities

Negotiate strategy and go-to-market for selected clients.
Support teams on annual client negotiations to meet market benchmarks and KPIs.
Ensure activation process consistency across markets.
Drive reputation for excellence in activation capabilities and partner relationships.
Develop and integrate JBPs to deliver client value and competitive advantage.
Track client KPIs and manage internal/external value delivery.
