Job summary

Sony Electronics Singapore seeks a Principal/Senior Information Security Consultant to provide regional leadership across risk management, security architecture and production security, helping Asia Pacific operating companies identify, assess and manage information security risks while protecting Sony assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in information security roles including risk, architecture and production security.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk implications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional security services in line with priorities and KPIs.
• Lead risk assessments and document risk findings with treatment options.
• Provide security architecture and production-security guidance for projects.
• Offer authoritative guidance across multiple information security domains.
• Advise on policy compliance and identify implementation gaps.
• Own regional/global initiatives and improve methods and templates.
• Translate technical findings into business risk implications for stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with regional ISO teams and security functions.
