Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of commercial, marketing, or business leadership experience within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences sectors.
• Experience in regional APAC roles involving strategy development, commercialization, market access, pricing, and market development.
• Proven experience translating strategy into execution through cross-functional and country leadership.
• Experience working across global, regional, and local stakeholders within matrix organizations.
