Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation in Singapore (Tukang) is seeking an experienced Indirect Material Buyer to manage regional procurement across indirect spend, covering operations, logistics, facilities, IT and corporate functions. You will work with global teams to deliver long-term value, negotiate supplier terms and drive continuous improvement in sourcing programs.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier

Qualifications

Degree in supply chain, business administration or engineering.
Several years of procurement experience in a technical environment.
Experience in supplier search, evaluation, negotiations, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier searches, evaluations and commercial negotiations for indirect material.
Coordinate RFQ/RFP processes and supplier performance monitoring.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement solutions.
Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, service and risk.
Ensure contracts comply with governance and regulatory requirements.
