Job summary

JONES LANG LaSALLE, INC. is seeking a seasoned HSSEQ leader for APAC within the Project and Development Services unit. The role drives safety strategy, governance, and compliance across multiple markets, coordinating with senior leadership, country teams, and regulators.

You will oversee incident management, audits, and training, while promoting a data-driven safety culture and continuous improvement across all projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Senior HSSEQ leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, or project environments.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 management systems and certification processes.
• Experience leading multi-country/region HSSEQ functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional HSSEQ strategy, governance, and policy alignment.
• Lead incident management, investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Oversee audits, certifications, and continuous improvement across APAC.
• Develop and mentor regional HSSE teams and country leads.
• Engage with regulators, clients, and stakeholders to maintain safe delivery.
