Job summary

Vertexsolutions is looking for a Head of HSE Risk & Operational Assurance (APAC) based in Singapore. In this role, you will drive operational risk management and ensure HSSE performance across renewable energy projects. This position requires a degree in a relevant field and NEBOSH certification, along with 8-10 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably within the construction or energy sectors. You will implement safety frameworks, manage risks, and lead HSSE initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Experience in incident investigation methodologies (ICAM or equivalent).
• Certification in risk management (ISO 31000 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HSSE risk management standards across projects.
• Conduct HSSE audits and operational inspections.
• Drive consistency of HSSE practices across countries.
