Fitch is seeking an HR Coordinator (6 Month FTC) for our Singapore office. The role covers the APAC region, managing onboarding to offboarding and delivering high-quality HR service to stakeholders.

You’ll handle HR queries, streamline processes, and maintain HR procedures while contributing to HR strategy within Fitch’s AI-enabled, learning-focused environment. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or related education or business background.
• Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage people-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for the APAC region.
• Take ownership of HR queries and tasks, ensuring they are resolved accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of HR Strategy.
