Job summary

Hilton in Singapore is seeking a Feasibility & Investment Analysis team member to support growth across APAC by delivering market insights and investment analysis for new hotel opportunities. You will work with Lead Underwriters, build and maintain financial models, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2+ years in hospitality consulting or investment analysis, advanced Excel skills, and willingness to travel within APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, finance, real estate, or a related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in hospitality consulting, asset management, feasibility, and/or investment analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market / proforma analyses for proposed hotels, benchmarking costs against Hilton properties, competitors, and industry standards.
• Perform investment and valuation analyses to support decision-making across internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update financial models; prepare concise analytical reports and memoranda for internal stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior executives and soliciting inputs to strengthen analysis.
