Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Head of Data, Analytics, and AI to shape and execute the region’s data strategy. You will lead advanced data initiatives, partner with country leaders, and drive value through analytics and AI across APAC.

The role requires strong leadership, global alignment, and the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders while delivering scalable data solutions with governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in data, analytics, and AI across multiple geographies.
• Proven track record in driving data strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Experience leading multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional data, analytics, and AI strategy in line with global objectives.
• Lead APAC executive team with data-driven and AI transformation thought leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture across the region with innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities and build business cases to drive growth via analytics and AI.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize high-impact analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT, Marketing to drive cross-functional value.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of analytics and AI solutions across countries.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality data solutions meeting regulatory requirements.
• Monitor ROI of data, analytics, and AI investments.
• Lead and develop a diverse analytics team across the region.
• Governance: enforce data and AI standards per regulations.
