Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Global Security Solutions Specialist (Asia-Pacific) to strengthen the Global Security Operations Center. The role focuses on crisis management, geospatial data, and technology lifecycle oversight across Asia-Pacific, enabling real-time decision-making and operational resilience.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with regional partners to ensure safety of people and assets in a dynamic security landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in data/IS/geospatial/security related field.
• Minimum 3 years in GIS, geomatics, data management, or security operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support crisis management by drafting incident reports and assisting business continuity.
• Maintain dashboards, geospatial layers, and intelligence data for decision-making.
• Oversee GSOC system lifecycles including implementation and enhancement of tools.
• Mentor team members and document procedures; share best practices to improve operations.
• Plan and coordinate small to mid-scale projects with clear milestones and risks.
• Monitor emerging tech and trends to strengthen security operations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support crisis management.
