Job summary

Nicoll Curtin, a global technology firm, seeks a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive APAC growth across India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Australia. This hands-on role blends performance marketing, data, and stakeholder management to turn insights into measurable outcomes.

You will lead full-funnel campaigns, optimize spend, and leverage AI tools while collaborating with product, analytics, and agency partners across markets in a fast-moving environment with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
• Experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and optimization.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across regions and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel growth campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and optimise spend and channel strategy.
• Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve acquisition and engagement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, campaign operations, and regional projects from planning through launch.
• Work closely with product, analytics, data science, creative, and agency partners across multiple markets.
• Use AI tools across analysis, experimentation, content, and workflow automation to improve speed and efficiency.
