Job summary

Google is seeking an APAC Business and Retail Investment Budget (RIB) Operations Manager based in Singapore. You will drive APAC-wide planning cadences, lead reviews, and manage tools to enable effective investment decisions and performance insights across APAC markets.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage AI tools for business planning and transformation workstreams within the PDCO and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consultancy, strategy, go-to-market, investment or finance role in tech/consumer goods or telco.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC-wide RIB operations and planning cadences across markets.
• Drive APAC leadership reviews on performance, insights and ROI for investments.
• Manage program delivery for RIB tracking, planning tools and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with APAC country leads, CBMs, Finance and Operations to sharpen insights and investment decisions.
• Oversee annual planning processes and drive improvements to tools and processes.
