Job summary

Google in Singapore seeks a senior Corporate Development professional to identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisitions and strategic investments across APAC. You will work with product, legal, finance and people operations to guide decision-making and drive growth through smart deal execution.

You will lead negotiations, build financial models, and manage post‑acquisition integration while leveraging regional ecosystems and cross-border experience for strategic advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years experience in corporate development, VC, PE or investment banking in tech.
• 5 years experience on deal execution.
• Experience leading and negotiating M&A or investments.
• Experience building financial models and valuing companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities.
• Provide management with insights to drive decision-making.
• Coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance and People Ops.
• Drive APAC region deals and post-deal integration.
• Interface with regional investor and startup ecosystems, and Google teams.
