Job summary

StriveX partners with a well-established international bank in Singapore to hire an Associate Director, Global Transaction Banking (Japanese Speaking). You will manage and grow APAC corporate and FI relationships, focusing on the Japanese market.

You will collaborate with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Risk, and Product teams to deliver cash management, liquidity, payments, and trade solutions, while coaching junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transaction banking or related fields.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Proven track record in business development and sales in Japanese market.
• Experience with international or APAC clients and cash/trade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate and FI clients.
• Lead client discussions and reviews on TB solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
• Coordinate with product and risk teams to tailor solutions.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Coach junior team members.
