Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific General Insurance is seeking a Regional Information Security Officer to partner with GI technology and regional executives across 14 markets, overseeing the cybersecurity programme and risk posture.

In this leadership role, you will build a high-performance security team, guide cyber governance, and drive security culture while engaging with CIOs, COOs, CROs, and Boards to advance risk-aware decisions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology (Desired).
• 15+ years hands-on information security experience (Desired).
• Experience leading security teams across multiple markets (Desired).
• Experience presenting cyber risk to executive leadership and boards (Desired).
• Knowledge of ISO 27000, NIST CSF, ISF SoGP (Desired).

Responsibilities

• Govern and assure the Security programme across APAC GI portfolio across 14 markets.
• Monitor CISO risk priorities and align with CIOs and IT delivery teams.
• Represent business requirements in global security plans and roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a high-performance security team across the region.
• Provide security governance, reporting, and risk management support to executives and boards.
