Job summary

A leading global restaurant group is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead in Singapore to oversee and ensure food safety and quality standards across Taco Bell’s Asia Pacific operations. This role involves developing QA strategies, compliance with regional regulations, and managing supplier and restaurant quality performance. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety in the QSR sector and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Taco Bell's APAC QA strategy aligned with Yum! Brands' global vision.
• Lead the development of food safety and quality programs across APAC markets.
• Execute Yum! Restaurant Food Safety Compliance Standards.
• Lead investigations of food safety or quality incidents.
