Burger King APAC seeks an Innovation & Commercialization Manager to bridge culinary innovation and large-scale execution across markets. You will own the commercialization process from approved concept to full-scale production, ensuring consistency with global standards and collaborating with local teams.

Role requires strong food science expertise, 5+ years in product development, supplier relationships, and travel around 30% in the APAC region. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, food technology, culinary or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food product development and commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of food formulation, processing and scale-up.
• Experience with suppliers and co-manufacturers; knowledge of QA processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercialization process from concept to full-scale production.
• Maintain global menu standards and guide local teams on core development.
• Translate concepts into scalable product specifications and manage supplier partnerships.
• Lead pilot trials, factory validations, and scale-up; monitor timelines and risks.
