Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior Solution Ownership professional to drive end-to-end solution design and delivery across APAC facilities management programs. You will own solution integrity, ensuring proposals are technically sound, operationally deliverable, and grounded in defensible assumptions.

You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with country teams, price leads, and delivery leadership to align commercial strategy with execution capability, while guiding RFP narratives and client

Qualifications

Hands-on IFM operational experience.
5–10 years in IFM or CRE operations with solution-authorship.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA advantageous.
Track record of designing and defending multi-service-line FM/Multi-X solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments with direct IFM experience.
Design organizational structures, performance metrics, and processes aligned with client scope and SLAs.
Assess technical feasibility of scope changes and collaborate on revised approaches including resourcing impact.
Review proposals for technical accuracy, completeness, and deliverability before client submission.
Lead solution design presentations in partnership with Sales Leads during client sessions.
