PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to coordinate settlement arrangements for multiple affiliates and input journal entries. The role also covers non-trade payment workflows and reviewing SAP-driven loan transactions to improve workflows.

The successful candidate will bring 2–3 years of settlement experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset to support APAC operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant settlement experience.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with APAC teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate settlement arrangements (T/T, GIRO, cheque issuance) for multiple affiliates.
• Input journal entries related to settlements.
• Manage non-trade payment workflows.
• Review daily loan transactions in SAP and prepare interest settlement workflows.
• Enhance internal controls and optimize business processes through continuous review.
• Support colleagues and affiliates across the APAC region to ensure stable daily operations.
• Address other finance-related issues and administrative tasks as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
