Job summary

Scotiabank Singapore seeks an Associate / Associate Director, FICC Trading APAC to execute and hedge trades across fixed income, FX, and rates. The role focuses on client coverage, risk management, and leveraging global product desks.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with regional and global teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the franchise’s growth. MBA or undergraduate degree and 2–7 years FI experience are expected; MAS licensing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• MBA or undergraduate degree with academic achievement.
• Minimum 2-7 years in Fixed Income markets.
• Current Singapore MAS license (1B, 6A).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client volumes and market share metrics.
• Price fixed income cash securities from Scotiabank’s global product suite.
• Help manage hedging of IRS, Xccy, and basis; promote FX and rates products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, risk controls and reporting.
