Job summary

ByteDance is expanding its APAC sales efforts from Singapore, targeting large enterprise customers with end-to-end sales ownership. You will drive new business development, forecast robust pipelines, and negotiate terms to deliver ROI for clients.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and bilingual communication with C-level executives across the region. The ideal candidate demonstrates a hunter mindset, deep market familiarity, and ability to collaborate with product and marketing

Qualifications

• Proven ability to open doors, build relationships and close deals with large enterprises.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing executives.
• Strong market knowledge to guide go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and market expansion across Singapore with focus on large enterprise customers.
• Identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities with enterprises, managing end-to-end sales cycles.
• Own and overachieve assigned quota with reliable forecasting and pipeline management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, selling value and ROI to enterprise clients.
• Build executive relationships with C-level decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Share market insights with product and marketing teams and develop territory plans.
