Job summary

The candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing, build external partnerships, and incorporate AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency and outcomes in a highly regulated market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in energy procurement, energy development, utilities or energy markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in energy procurement, contract negotiation, utility operations, regulatory policy, and/or strategies for reducing utility costs.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute energy sourcing strategies focused on Singapore with potential APAC support.
• Develop regulatory and policy strategies to enhance cost competitiveness and market access.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: market analysis, tendering, negotiation, contracting, supplier management.
• Manage external relationships with utilities, regulators, developers, retailers, consultants.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Government Affairs, Facilities, Legal and Finance to deliver projects.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency while complying with standards.
