Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or talent development.
• Experience running APAC early career programs in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore.
• Proven ability to build scalable tools and processes.
• Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with leaders.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute and localize global early career program strategies across APAC.
• Build enablement tools, playbooks, and resources for managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting, HRBPs, and leaders to align onboarding and delivery.
• Establish scalable frameworks for regional customization.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of internships and full-time programs in APAC.
• Manage event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Track participant progress and performance per global strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for early career hires and interns across region.
• Travel to key APAC locations to support delivery and events.
