Job summary

WD is seeking an Early Career Talent Program Manager to drive APAC internships and full-time programs from Singapore. You will partner with global leadership to tailor strategies for regional markets, ensuring scalable programs across Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and broader APAC.

You will blend program management with enablement, delivering onboarding, learning sessions, engagements, and offboarding while maintaining high-quality experiences for interns and new hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development.
• Proven experience managing early career programs across APAC, with familiarity across key APAC markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore).
• Demonstrated experience balancing program execution and enablement, including building tools/frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and localize global early career program strategies across APAC, aligning with regional needs.
• Build and continuously improve program enablement tools, playbooks, and resources for managers, mentors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Recruiting, HRBPs, and business leaders to align hiring, onboarding, and program delivery.
• Establish scalable frameworks to ensure consistency with regional customization across countries.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of internships and full-time early career programs across APAC, including onboarding, orientation, learning sessions, engagement events, and offboarding.
• Manage program logistics including event planning, vendor coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.
• Track participant progress, engagement, and performance in alignment with the global strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for early career hires, interns, and managers across the region.
• Travel to key APAC locations to support in-person program execution and events.

Job Description

The Early Career Talent Program Manager will play a critical role in executing and enhancing our early career strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, this role partners closely with global program leadership to deliver high‑impact internship and full‑time early career programs, while tailoring execution to meet regional market needs.

This role blends program management and enablement, requiring a strong operator who can also build scalable frameworks, tools, and resources to empower regional stakeholders. The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of early career programs, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding, while enabling consistent, high‑quality experiences across countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and broader APAC markets.

Success in this role requires strong cross‑cultural collaboration, operational rigor, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to translate global strategy into locally relevant execution. This role will require travel to support program delivery, events, and key milestones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Strategy, Enablement & Regional Alignment

• Execute and localize global early career program strategies across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional business needs and workforce planning

• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and live events


• Partner with Talent Brand to support program branding and regional awareness


• Ensure clear, consistent communication across interns, full-time hires, managers, mentors, and business leaders


• Act as a visible and trusted program leader, driving a high‑energy, cohesive experience across the region

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, early career programs, university recruiting, or talent development


• Proven experience managing early career programs across APAC, with strong familiarity with early career talent programming across key APAC markets; including, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore


• Demonstrated experience balancing program execution and enablement, including building tools, frameworks, or scalable processes


• Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and program effectiveness measurement


• Experience working cross-functionally with recruiting, HR, learning & development, talent brand, and business stakeholders


• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with comfort engaging both early career audiences and senior leaders


• Ability to operate effectively in a regional, cross‑cultural environment


• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
