Job summary

Peoplebank Asia in Singapore is seeking an Early Careers Programs Specialist on a 12-month contract to support regional APAC talent initiatives, coordinating internships, graduate rotations and immersion programs from onboarding to completion.

You will partner with recruiters, HR partners, business leaders and global program teams to deliver engaging experiences, handle events, communications and program data while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, recruitment, events or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in early careers, graduate programs or campus recruitment is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Support end-to-end delivery of early careers programs including onboarding, learning sessions and engagement activities.
• Event Management: Coordinate networking sessions, workshops, recognition events and other program activities with strong logistics.
• Communications: Draft and coordinate program communications for participants, stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback and prepare metrics/reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Employer Branding & Engagement: Support branding initiatives, campus engagement and internal communications.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve program processes and participant experience.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Events & Flexibility: Support occasional evening or weekend events (~15%).
