Job summary

F5 Networks Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a senior SaaS and security sales leader to drive the XC overlay across APCJ, including securing ARR and consumption-based sales and building credibility with CISOs, cloud architects, and platform engineers. Based in Asia, the role reports to senior VP level and aligns worldwide XC direction with regional priorities.

The candidate will lead an overlay team, establish sales standards, and develop hyperscaler co-sell motions while integrating new XC capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience selling security SaaS to enterprise and service providers.
• Proven ARR and consumption-based sales discipline.
• Strong relationships with CISOs and cloud-architecture leaders.
• Ability to lead overlay teams and collaborate with core sales.

Responsibilities

• Define the XC go-to-market strategy for APCJ with regional input.
• Lead the XC overlay specialist team and govern engagement with core teams.
• Develop hyperscaler co-sell and cloud marketplace motions across AWS/Azure/Google.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and platform engineers to drive strategic partnerships.
