Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Director, Project Controls – APAC (Data Centre) to own cost, schedule, risk and change control for its APAC capital portfolio. You will build and lead a regional team, set standard controls, and convert data into actionable decisions, ensuring early warning of overruns.

Reporting to the global PMO, you will drive governance, performance reporting, and capital planning across multiple jurisdictions in Asia Pacific, leveraging Primavera P6, EcoSys and BI tools to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
15+ years in Project controls on major capital projects, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead APAC project controls function across cost, planning/scheduling, risk, change and document control.
Own budget baselines, cost forecasts and contingency management for all APAC projects.
Maintain integrated master schedules and critical path analysis across the portfolio.
Run quantitative risk analysis and manage change control with commercial and legal teams.
Own the regional controls toolset and data model; drive reporting and dashboards.
