Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Integrated Solutions Asia Program Management to lead the APAC PM organization and ensure successful execution of complex customer projects. The role emphasizes delivery excellence, governance, and customer satisfaction across the region, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

Based in Singapore on-site, you will recruit and develop PM talent, drive risk management, and promote Danaher values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in life sciences with GMP manufacturing, scale-up, validation, and global project execution.
• 7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from order to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership – set regional strategy, governance, and continuous improvement culture.
• Program & Project Execution – ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across APAC.
• Stakeholder Management – partner with functions and customers to align execution and risks.
• Organizational leadership – recruit, develop, and retain PM talent, model DBS leadership behavior.
• Continuous Improvement – identify and improve PM processes, tools, and KPIs.
