Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Director for Integrated Solutions Asia Program Management in Singapore. This role leads the APAC program management organization to deliver complex projects with excellence and strong customer focus.

You will drive regional strategy, governance, and continuous improvement while building a capable project management team and partnering with functions and customers to meet commitments. Travel up to 40-50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences industry with process engineering, GMP, or validation experience.
• 7+ years leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from order to handover.
• Experience managing regional program teams across APAC with cross-cultural alignment.
• Strong governance, risk management, and resource prioritization skills.

The Director, Integrated Solutions Asia Program Management, is responsible for leading the Asia Program/Project Management organization within Integrated Solutions. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the successful execution of complex customer projects across the APAC region, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, operational rigor, and business performance. This position reports to the Senior Director, Operations, Integrated Solutions and is part of the Integrated Solutions Business Unit located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Strategic Leadership - Lead regional strategy, standard work, and governance while building an accountable, customer-focused, continuous improvement culture.
• Program & Project Execution - Lead APAC project execution to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risks, resources, governance, and customer commitments.
• Stakeholder Management - Partner across functions and with customers to align execution, manage risks, and enable successful project delivery.
• Organizational leadership - Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing project management talent while setting clear expectations, coaching teams, and promoting Danaher values and DBS leadership behavior
• Continuous Improvement - Identify and improve project management processes, tools, reporting, and governance while establishing & maintaining KPIs that drive operational excellence.

Who you are:

• Required Bachelor's and/or Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• More than 10 years of life sciences industry experience including extensive experience in process engineering, GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, validation, and global project execution.
• 7+ years of significant experience leading complex capital, bioprocessing, manufacturing, or engineered-system projects from order execution through delivery, commissioning, qualification, and customer handover.
• Progressive leadership experience in regional operations, program management, or project execution with accountability for customer delivery, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Extensive experience in program and project management leadership roles managing regional program/project management teams across multiple APAC countries, cultures, and customer environments.
• Demonstrated capability to drive project governance, resource prioritization, risk management, and escalation processes across a regional portfolio
• Strong customer-facing leadership skills with the ability to manage executive-level expectations, resolve complex issues, and protect business outcomes.
• Preferred Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution support for high-risk, high-visibility customer projects.
• Hands on manufacturing or operational experience within biopharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with Danaher Business System, continuous improvement, standard work, daily management, problem solving, or Kaizen methods.
• Experience developing project management talent, building succession plans, and improving team capability across different maturity levels.

Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel globally up to 40-50% as required (Majority of travel within Asia region)
