Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Digital Systems Deployment to own deployment, adoption, and operational support of Supply Chain digital platforms across APAC. You will design and deploy tagging processes to ensure full visibility, accelerate revenue recognition, and optimize service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment, or related operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed org.
• Familiarity with UDI, RFID, serialization or asset tracking.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Excel/BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and ongoing support of the Supply Chain digital tagging platform for APAC; drive adoption and SLAs; manage rollout plans, timelines, budgets.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; present results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify use cases that improve inventory optimization and platform expansion.
• Oversee integration of tagging tech into manufacturing processes; ensure ERP/inventory systems compatibility.
• Collaborate with development teams to scope, test, and deploy feature releases and hardware updates.
