Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore seeks a Manager, Digital Systems Deployment to lead APAC initiatives for the Supply Chain digital tagging platform. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality to drive adoption, optimize inventory visibility, and accelerate revenue recognition through improved platform usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6-8 years experience in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment, or related operations roles.
• Demonstrated project and change management experience in a matrixed organization (PMP or Prosci experience is a plus).
• Experience with UDI, RFID, serialization, or asset tracking technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence without direct authority.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (comfortable with Excel and BI tools) with problem-solving and risk mitigation mindset.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder presentation experience.
• Self-starter, able to prioritize in ambiguous settings and manage multiple deployments concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and ongoing support of the APAC digital tagging platform; drive adoption targets and service-level objectives.
• Define, track and report KPIs and present results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead discovery sessions with internal and external customers to identify use cases that improve inventory optimization.
• Oversee integration of tagging technology into instrument manufacturing processes; ensure ERP and asset tracking compatibility.
• Collaborate with platform development to scope, test, and deploy feature releases and hardware updates.
• Own onboarding, training materials and end-user engagement plans; run training sessions and enablement for field teams.
• Maintain and improve platform data integrity; investigate data issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with MDR/UDI compliance and regulatory requirements.
