Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Client Account Manager to grow revenue with advertisers and their agencies across Greater China and the APAC region. You will become an X expert, educate clients on advertising products, and ship strong campaigns for priority partners.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Client Partner on retention, reporting, and scale. A BA/BS or equivalent experience is required. Travel across APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for daily work with Greater China clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• 3+ years managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
• Strong grasp of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to read performance and change the levers that move results.
• Able to hold large client relationships, work through conflict, and get to a decision.
• Clear communication and presentation skills; attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate and consult on X advertising products, best practices, and campaign design
• Execute, optimize, and analyze programs using internal tools and dashboards
• Monitor revenue and pace client campaigns against targets
• Partner with the Client Partner on retention, pitch support, and performance reporting
• Resolve campaign issues quickly and improve the process behind them
• Feed product and tools teams so the ads platform can scale
• Maintain the book and a high-quality client and agency experience
• Mentor new team members as the organization grows
