Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd seeks a Demand Planner to own the APAC demand signal and shape decisions across Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. You will build an 18-month demand plan that multiple functions rely on, and you will lead the APAC demand review within the monthly S&OP cycle.

• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience in FMCG or multi-market/distributor-led business preferred.
• Strong data-analysis and forecasting capability.

Responsibilities

• Own an 18-month APAC demand plan for cross-functional use.
• Lead the APAC demand review within the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Track forecast accuracy and bias; perform root-cause analysis.
• Quantify risks and opportunities for inventory and working capital.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Customer Service on constraints.
• Own demand inputs for new products, promotions, and delists.
